3B.Conditions for reference to Valuation Officers.
The percentage of the value of the asset as returned and the amount referred to in sub-clause (i) of clause (b ) of sub-section (1) of section 16A shall, respectively, be 33 1/ 3 per cent and Rs. 50,000.
